Jane Oligney, SAC | Community Recovery Specialist

Jane Oligney, Community Recovery Specialist joined Family Health La Clinica in February of 2020. Her expertise in mental health is substance use recovery, positive community connection and treatment court collaboration. She is passionate about working with mental health patients because the recovery process can be difficult but beautiful. “Not many people know the work that must be put in to recover from a substance use disorder,” says Jane. She has the pleasure to walk side by side with her patients and hear their story of becoming resilient in the recovery. She is empowered and motivated to continue her work because of her patients. She is beyond grateful and humbled to take part in their journey.

When not seeing patients, you can find Jane musky fishing or fishing in general, riding her snowmobile/UTV, cuddling and playing with her two pit bulls, and taking part in community events/groups for recovery. She is highly involved in her community as a member of the Treatment Court Panel of the Waushara and Marquette Counties and is a Waushara SHINES advocate. Fun facts about Jane are that she can beatbox, play three or more instruments and loves polka music.
