No health insurance? No problem. We encourage you to apply for our Sliding Fee Discount Program. The Sliding Fee Discount program provides a discount on most services at any of our locations, based on your household’s income level.
What kind of discount can I expect?
The sliding fee discount varies, based on the patient’s annual household income levels and how many dependents a patient has. View the current Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG).
Can I apply even if I have insurance?
Yes. We encourage patients to apply for our Sliding Fee Discount Program, even if you have insurance. The Sliding Fee Discount Program can be applied to out of pocket expenses, not covered by your insurance.
We recommend you call your insurance company before making your first appointment to find out if Family Health La Clinica is in-network.
